Payment Policy
Upon confirmation, a deposit amount of 50% is required in order  to consider  the reservation  guaranteed.

Cancelation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we require notification  7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date  for the months April-May-June-September & October  and  14 days for the months July & August, otherwise the deposit amount of  50% , will be retained in respect of our cancellation fee policy.
In the event of a no-show, a 50% of the entire stay cost will be charged on your credit card.
In case of an earlier departure than the agreed date, the full balance of the stay will be charged on your credit card.

Children up to 3 years old sharing parents room are free of charge. For children 3-14 years old special rates apply. For children older than 15 years of age, the extra adult rate will apply.
